Upgrade from outdated polycarbonate or glass to a modern conservatory roof replacement system. Our insulated tiled roofs are designed to reduce heat transfer, glare and rain noise. Our experienced in-house team manages removal, installation and the internal finish as one project.
We use the proven lightweight Eco Friendly tile system. At 7.8kg per m², the tile product is 85% lighter than the conventional concrete or slate tiles used for the manufacturer comparison. Structural suitability, installation timing and any Building Regulations requirements are confirmed for the individual conservatory. Our work carries a 10-year Insurance Backed Guarantee; the tiles carry a separate 25-year manufacturer guarantee, subject to their respective terms.
The survey records the existing roof, frame, access and proposed build-up. We explain whether planning, Building Regulations, structural calculations or additional access measures appear relevant, and the written quotation states exactly what is included. Final scope and approvals remain project-specific.
Advanced Multi-Layer Insulation System
Our specified installed roof build-up can achieve a U-value of 0.15 W/m²K and includes insulation, moisture-control layers and a white uPVC-cladded internal ceiling. The required specification and any thermal calculations are confirmed for the project and applicable Building Regulations route.
The insulation is precision-cut to fit your exact roof dimensions, eliminating thermal bridging. Our installers are trained to Building Research Establishment standards, ensuring airtight seals and proper ventilation.
Fully Certified & Building Regulation Compliant
Building Regulations requirements depend on the existing conservatory and proposed work. We identify the likely route during survey and state in writing which applications, inspections or certificates are included.
Our CPA and IWA relationships concern consumer-protection arrangements; they are not product certification. BBA certification applies to the certified tile product and its stated installation conditions. The quotation and supplied terms identify the protection and documentation that apply to your project.
Insulation and Energy Use
Replacing a poorly performing roof with a specified insulated build-up reduces unwanted heat transfer. The effect on bills varies with glazing, heating controls, room use and the rest of the property, so we do not promise a fixed saving.

This is a no-nonsense business which does exactly what it says on the tin. They provided a product which is ideal for my purpose, a value-for-money, good quality conservatory roof replacement for my glass one. It has excellent insulation keeping the room cool during the hot summer evenings. I'm confident it will also keep the room warm during the winter months. They commenced the work on the agreed date and finished exactly on time. They were extremely conscientious, caused the minimum disruption and cleaned up the whole area spotlessly before they left.
